The Pre-Application Process:

A pre-application will place you on the waiting list for all of our communities. The pre-application will be screened for ability to establish utilities with Ameren, credit, local criminal background screening, Public Court records and sex offender registration. Once you pass the pre-application screening, you will be placed on our Waiting List.

The waiting list is organized by bedroom size, which is determined by your family size in accordance with federal regulations. When you reach the top of the waiting list, you will be contacted by mail that you have neared the top of the Waiting List. You will be given instructions about completing the application process at that time.
